When you submit an enquiry, import request, or sell request through our website, we collect: name, phone number, email address, and the information you provide about the vehicle or desired vehicle. We also collect standard server logs (IP address, browser type) for security purposes.
We use your personal data exclusively to: respond to your enquiry, provide the service you requested (car import, valuation, contact), and send you relevant follow-up communication about your request. We do not use your data for marketing without explicit consent.
Processing is based on your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) when you submit a form, and on legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) for responding to your enquiry.
We retain your personal data for up to 3 years from the date of your last contact. After this period, your data is deleted unless legal obligations require longer retention.
